Chris is a Director and head of portfolio growth at Habytat Property. Chris has  developed and managed a number of projects across the Buy-to-let, Serviced Accommodation and HMO property streams.

Chris gained valuable business management experience in his first post-graduate role, managing an Aquatic Plant business in Jamaica which supplied aquarium shops in North America. In the 90’s he owned a software company delivering solutions to Financial Services market. 

Chris became a landlord in the mid 90’s retaining a starter home and has since developed a portfolio in the UK and in mainland Europe. He brings his passion for operational delivery to his development projects and tenant management. Our clients live in our homes and his vision is to create safe, comfortable and well-maintained properties that foster a sense of community and belonging where his tenants are happy.

Caroline is a Director of Habytat Property and her property  experience started in the 80s when she worked for a property management company and two successful estate agents in Chiswick and Acton, west London.

Caroline's first venture into Buy-to-Let was in the mid 90s when she bought and then rented out a starter home in Ealing which she still manages.

Caroline's latter career has been in the facilities and workplace management sector, supporting leaders to develop themselves. She is an experienced and qualified executive coach, NLP practitioner and trainer, focusing on supporting others to achieve success in any field.

Caroline has an artistic flair with the ability to create aesthetic and comfortable living spaces.
